Mark Jones leads a dedicated team of staff who bring a wide range of expertise to the department. This breadth of experience has led to Itchen being able to offer some courses that are unique in the Southampton area.

'Blueprint' offers committed and talented artists the chance to take up to 2 Art based A levels and Life Drawing. If you are interested in studying a 'Blueprint' programme contact Mark Jones who will be pleased to discuss your plans with you.
A 'Blueprint' programme is not an easy option - the coursework load will be large and you should be sure of your commitment to an art based career before choosing to gain all your qualifications in one area.

THE OSCARS
Every year we unroll the red carpet to celebrate the creative work our Art & Design students at Itchen.
This black tie event showcases the highlights of the year and students receive their very own Itchen Oscars.
