If you want to get more than just an education and make some great friends along the way, Itchen College is the place for you.
At Itchen College you can take part in the Duke of Edinborough Award, join one of the many sports teams or travel to the Alps on the Colleges annual Ski Trip. We have an excellent Students Union that holds regular College parties, charity fundraisers and events.
The enrichment opportunities at Itchen College offer something for everyone, whether its extra activities related to your chosen course, a short course or just for fun. It's the little things that can make all the difference to your College experience and at Itchen we have a constantly changing programme of options to help you get the most out of your time here.

Art & Design students visit New YorkIn March this year four staff and forty excited Art & Design students set off on a five-day trip to New York! Organised by Tim Riggs, our photography teacher, the trip gave students the opportunity to visit some of the most famous art galleries and museums in the world. |

Modern Languages students visit FranceIn March, twenty students from three colleges - Itchen, Taunton’s and Barton Peveril - took part in this year’s French exchange to Gaillac, near Toulouse in the South of France. They spent two weeks staying with families of students from the Lycée Victor Hugo [secondary school] in Gaillac, a small but typically French town in this lovely wine-growing area about fifty kilometers from the regional capital. |
