...you have a keen interest in IT combined with a basic competence in application software such as spreadsheets, word processing and presentation software.
Where can this course lead to?
The vocational Level 2 is a nationally recognised vocationally specific qualification. Students can progress to the more advanced vocational Level 3 qualifications or seek employment in the IT sector.
What will I study on this course?
This course is practical and work related. Throughout the year you will study four units, with two core units and two specialist units.
- Unit 1: communicating in the IT industry
- Unit 2: working in the IT industry
- Unit 17: customising software
- Unit 23: Spreadsheet modelling
