Record Numbers attend Open Evening!

A record number of visitors attended the first Itchen College Open Evening of the academic year, which is testament to the success of the College.

Over 750 students and their families came along to find out about the wide range of courses available to them. Academic and admissions staff, along with current students, were on hand to discuss study options and demonstrate the friendly atmosphere that students will find at Itchen College.

Barry Hicks, Principal at Itchen College, was thrilled with so many students attracted by the prospect of studying at Itchen: “The Open Evenings at Itchen get bigger, better and more successful every year! The event was well organised, informative and lively and I am confident that many of those potential students who attended will now consider furthering their education at Itchen College.”

The College’s next Open Evening will be held on Monday 16th November 2009, between 5pm-8pm.
