Welcome to Science

The Science learning area is taught by highly qualified, passionate and experienced staff. Our close links with higher education institutions ensure that many of our students go on to study science-based subjects at university, alongside visiting research laboratories at universities and being a part of research groups. Students are encouraged to think about science careers throughout their studies and go on academic and residential trips to support their learning.

Typically progression will be to a degree in a STEM based discipline. After their degrees, many students pursue postgraduate research.
