Our health and fitness suite boasts a range of high quality equipment and a Strength and Conditioning suite

Our Purpose build Arts block houses our Art, Photography and Textiles Departments.
Our students have access to specialist equipment in spaces which provide inspiration as well as being functional.

Itchen Radio is the college’s own radio station. It is hosted by students and is broadcast across Southampton every week via Unity 101 Community Radio on Mondays.
Our award-winning radio station which gives our students real broadcast experience, setting them up well for careers in the media industry.
Itchen Radio has been broadcasting from this purpose-built space since 2015.
It’s completely soundproof, with a floating floor, double doors and double glazing. There’s a digital desk, a patch-bay to the room outside and equipment to play CDs, MP3s, Vinyl and even Cassette Tapes and Minidiscs! We have a selection of broadcast and recording microphones allowing us to make high-quality recordings of live music .
It has a green-screen wall inside and a blue-screen wall on the outside, so the studio can be used for film and video production as well as radio.
In addition to broadcasting across the college, we also broadcast many of our shows across Southampton thanks to our close relationship with local community radio station Unity101. Tune in to 101.1FM on Mondays between 2pm and 3pm.

Itchen is constantly expanding its teaching facilities, with several refurbishments undergone in the last five years.
In Summer 2022 we introduced a brand new building which houses 5 large, bright and spacious classrooms with interactive whiteboards.

In Summer 2022 we refurbished our main canteen area which offers a wide range of hot food options daily, grab and go items, a fresh counter offering filled rolls, salad boxes and filled jacket potatoes as well as a range of drinks and snacks.
In 2020 we refurbished our Student Centre, adding more seating and students are also able to use the Student Centre during their independent study periods throughout the day.
The Student Centre also hosts a well being hub to provide students with a base to access support from.
Our Nursery is open to the public and to students and staff.
