Welcome to Itchen

Welcome to our Itchen College!

We are pleased to welcome you to our online open event. With the current circumstances regarding COVID-19, we are unable to welcome students and parents onto campus at the moment to show off our courses and our facilities. However, we have created a wide range of resources to inform you on all aspects of life here at Itchen College, all of which have been made available here on our website.

We have planned the open event to fit in with the busy lives of young people and their families. Not to worry if you haven't got time to look at everything today, all of our resources today will be available for the foreseeable future.

What happens next?

Once you have had the opportunity to virtually explore Itchen College and the subjects we offer, the next step is to submit an application. There will be multiple links to our online applications across each area of our Online Open Day. We will aim to get back to you within 4 weeks of your application.

Following this, you will be contacted to arrange a one to one interview which is a fantastic opportunity to speak to members of staff about your choice of courses and to ask any questions you may have.

Next June, you will have the chance to take part in our Welcome Event to give you an idea about life at Itchen. We hope you will be able to come into college but if not we will be hosting a virtual event for you!

After the Welcome Event, you will receive an appointment for enrolment which takes place after GCSE results day.

The timeline below details the steps of the process, from Online Open Day and applications, to enrolment and starting college.
