Payments Portal

Our Payments Portal is for online payments of trips and other college items and will accept card payments and cash payments.

The process for paying for items from the online shop and for trips is slightly different, so please read the instructions below.

Please note: You may need to provide your child's Student ID to login in or pay for some items.

Trip Payments

  • Click on ‘Trips’ and login with your/your child’s Student ID number and date of birth, confirming it is you/your child who has logged on.
  • Click on the trip which you want to pay for and you should see how much you/your child owes.
  • Select whether you want to pay the full amount or enter an installment amount. Select whether you are paying by cash or card.

Card payments

If paying by card, enter your billing information. Once submitted, you will then be taken to the ‘SagePay’ portal to pay. Once all card details are entered you will receive a receipt by email.

When payment is made no further action needs to be taken. The payments system and IRIS (Itchen Records and Information System) will be updated with how much there is left to pay.

Cash/cheque payments

If paying by cash, you will receive a invoice by email. Students will then need to go to the Finance Office (A9) between 10.45am - 1pm, Monday - Friday to pay the money. Payments outside of this time without an invoice will not be accepted. 

Once the money is paid, Finance will update IRIS (Itchen Records and Information System) with how much left to pay.


Online Shop Payments

  • Click ‘Online Shop’, select the category/learning area and the product you want to buy.
  • Give your/your child’s Student ID number or your child’s name and make any specialist selections (eg size, bus route etc) and ‘Add to Cart’.
  • View cart and ‘Checkout’ when ready to pay. Enter your billing information including your name, email, contact telephone and address.
  • Tick ‘Use Billing Address’, as all items will be collected at the college and not delivered to you.
  • Choose whether to pay by ‘Cash’ or ‘SagePay’, our debit/credit card payment system.

Card payments

If paying by card, click ‘SagePay’, ‘Purchase’ and ‘Next’ which will take you to to SagePay’s secure payment system, where you can enter your card details. Once all card details are entered you will receive an receipt by email. 

Print out the receipt and take it to the item organiser, who will then arrange for your item(s) to be given to you.

Cash/cheque payments

If paying by cash, click ‘Purchase’ and ‘Next’ to receive your invoice by email. 

The student will need to take this invoice to the Finance Office (A9) between 10.45am - 1pm, Monday - Friday to make the payment. Payment outside of this time or without an invoice will not be accepted. 

Once this money is paid, Finance will give you a receipt and this receipt needs to be taken to the item organiser, who will then arrange for your item(s) to be given to you.
