Online Shop

Student Trips & Activities are handled through myEvolve. Details of payments will be communicated via email.

• Click ‘Online Shop’, select the category/learning area and the product you want to buy.
• View cart and ‘Checkout’ when ready to pay. Enter your billing information including your name, email, contact telephone and address.
• In the additional notes box, please enter the name(s) of the students you are buying items for.

Card payments

If paying by card, ‘Checkout’ and ‘Next’ which will take you to the secure payment system, where you can enter your card details. Once all card details are entered you will receive a receipt by email.

Cash/cheque payments

If paying by cash, click ‘Purchase’ and ‘Next’ to receive your invoice by email.

The student will need to take this invoice to the Finance Office (W1) between 10.00am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday to make the payment.

Once this money is paid, Finance will give you a receipt and this receipt needs to be taken to the item organiser, who will then arrange for your item(s) to be given to you.
