Aged 16 to 25 and unemployed? Join Team, our 12-week personal development programme, for the chance to gain new skills, earn a qualification and meet like-minded people.

If you’re worried about turning up on your own, don’t be!
Everyone will be in the same situation, and there will be plenty of activities to help you get to know each other.
You’ll soon feel part of the group.

You’ll start planning for the weeks ahead.
You’ll set out what you want to achieve during the programme.
And you’ll find out how to earn your qualification.

You’ll take part in a week of fun-filled activities, that may include a residential, in a safe environment.
With plenty of support, you’ll try new things and learn how to work in a team.
Your activities could include canoeing, climbing, raft-building and much more.

As a team, you’ll plan and carry out a project to benefit your local community.
The project could be anything from regenerating a public garden to creating a short film to inspire people to make a positive change.
You’ll do everything from planning and fundraising to rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.
This will give you valuable experience to talk about at interviews.

Now’s the time to see how you can use the skills you’ve developed so far in the workplace.
It’s a great chance to try out a type of work to see whether you like it.

We’ll support you to write a standout CV, practise your interview skills and write applications.

You and your team will take on a challenge to support people in your community.
This is a great opportunity to put into practice all the skills you’ve developed during the course.

At the end of the programme, you’ll showcase your newly discovered talents by giving a presentation.
This may sound scary now! But after 12 weeks, you’ll be amazed at how far you’ve come.
