Initially I started with the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Diploma course, which as excellent introduction to early years, qualified me to work in a nursery, and helped me decide if l wanted to progress to the Level 3 T Level course. I then progressed to the T Level. The Level is excellent, as it gives you an extensive amount of experience, skills and opportunities while giving you a qualification you can use to progress. The Early Years Team has helped me by giving me the necessary experience in a range of establishments, the ability to take or specific roles due to being qualified, and the belief that I can achieve!
