Stay up to date with your child’s progress

The Parent & Guardian Portal (ProPortal) gives you access to important information about your child’s time at Itchen Sixth Form College.

Through ProPortal, you can keep up to date with your child’s attendance, progress and student reviews, helping you stay informed and involved throughout their time at college.

What can I see on ProPortal?

ProPortal provides parents and guardians with access to information including:

  • Attendance – keep up to date with your child’s attendance at college.
  • Progress – view information about your child’s progress and how they are working towards their targets.
  • Student Reviews – access your child’s student review information when it becomes available.

Texts will be sent to parents and guardians to let you know when student reviews are available to view.

Communicating with your child's tutor

ProPortal also provides a way for parents and guardians to communicate with their child’s tutor if there are concerns or issues that you would like to discuss.

If you have a concern about your child’s attendance, progress or wellbeing, their tutor will usually be the best first point of contact.

Accessing ProPorta

You will be provided with login details for the Parent & Guardian Portal.
