Introduction to Cabin Crew

All students will study the following units:

• Working as cabin crew
• Airline health, safety and security
• Aircraft emergency situations
• Dealing with passengers on board an aircraft
• Cabin service – selling techniques
• Making passenger announcements on board an aircraft

In addition to classroom coursework and role plays, students will gain practical experience through industry-related visits, including:

• Andark Diving Centre – where students will develop sea survival skills.
• Bournemouth Airport – where they will participate in aviation first aid and Safety Equipment Procedure (SEP) training.

Please be aware that there are extra costs for the trips which form part of this course.
