This course is designed to enhance students coaching experience and give them an insight into some of the key aspects training athletes in the gym.

You will be taught fitness and gym-based fundamentals, which you will be able to apply to a range of different sports.

Lessons will be run in the fitness gym and the strength and conditioning suite as well as classrooms. You will work with tutors who have a great deal of expertise and knowledge of the industry.
